Join me celebrating a new grant from ARPA-H SBIR program as a co-I! Our team has won an award of $3.5 million over three years from the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) to develop a next generation of echocardiography using autonomous ultrasound (US) scanning and artificial intelligence-based diagnostics of congenital heart diseases (CHD) in neonates, overcoming the limited accuracy of current standard practice using perinatal US imaging and pulse oximetry.
This grant will fund 3 year of research with our multi-disciplinary team among Kitware Inc. (Prime), Johns Hopkins University, and Johns Hopkins Medicine.
